The New Year has started well for the restaurant Isla & Co. After two popular restaurants, the brand has opened its third location in the city’s Williamsburg. The restaurant will bring its unique menu to the neighborhood, offering Australian delights to all.

On New Year’s Day, a new restaurant opened in Williamsburg, New York. Expanding steadily, Isla & Co. is a restaurant bringing Australian culture and vibes to the city. The restaurant serves both brunch and dinner, with a menu inspired by modern Australian cuisine.

Drawing inspiration from Australia’s hospitality-driven dining culture, Isla & Co. aims to recreate that experience in the U.S. Quality coffee, delicious food, and a time well spent. The menu also reflects Australia’s multicultural culinary influences, which have gained broader recognition in recent years.

The restaurant officially opened on January 1, 2026. It brought great food to the Williamsburg neighborhood at 66 Grand Street. The opening is accompanied by a month-long neighborhood promotion.

The Williamsburg location is led by Barry Dry, founder of Parched Hospitality Group. Along with him, CSO Tom Rowse and award-winning Executive Chef Clint Snowling will bring their expertise to the restaurant. Together, the team oversees the brand’s concept and day-to-day operations.

The menu reflects Australia’s multicultural food scene. The menu features brunch standouts like the Kimchi Sambal Scramble, Pulled Pork Hash, and Strawberry Cheesecake Waffles. Meanwhile, the all-day picks include Kung Pao Fried Cauliflower, Crispy Chicken Sando, and the signature “OG” Burger.

For dinners, the menu includes Spicy Shrimp Vodka Rigatoni, Aussie Chicken Parma, and Steak Fries. To finish off the evening meal, the restaurant offers delicious desserts such as Sticky Date Pudding and Biscoff Tiramisu.

The offerings don’t stop here: a beverage menu features cafe specials and evening drinks. Offering the tastes of Australian cafe culture are options like flat whites, cappuccinos, and Aussie iced coffee. Brunch-ready cocktails like the Espresso Martini Flights and Bloody Marys go well with the food menu. Evening cocktails include the Cheeky Negroni, East Side Spritz, and the Margot Robbie.

The offer stands for the entire opening month, attracting customers. The promotion runs throughout the opening month.
