AO Hospitality is crafting a new concept, set to land at 392 5th Ave. in Brooklyn.

The spot will be the third concept under the AO Hospitality umbrella, which currently includes HUPO in Long Island City and SHAN in Brooklyn. Both restaurants serve authentic Szechuan cuisine.

The new concept, Fleur, will also focus on Chinese cuisine.

“Get ready for Fleur, where authentic Shanghai cuisine meets delightful tapas and expertly crafted cocktails,” a recent Instagram announcement reads. “Our skilled chefs bring Shanghai’s vibrant flavors to life in every dish. Join us soon for an unforgettable dining experience at Fleur.”

The new spot will have an “elegant yet cozy vibe,” according to the Instagram announcement. The most recent updates show that renovations began recently on the location. As of now, there is no set opening timeline.

The restaurant group is in the process of expansion. AO Hospitality, owned by Ruizhao Ao, currently has two other concepts in the works in addition to Fleur. What Now New York previously reported that both fine-dining restaurant Chinese Odyssey and Szechuan lunch spot Cafe Odyssey will be opening next year.
