Bagel Pub has a new location heading to Manhattan, this time targeting the NoMad area. “Coming soon” signage is up for the spot at 815 Sixth Avenue.
Co-owner Lauren Kotsis confirmed the new location in a brief phone call with What Now New York, though she was unavailable to immediately provide further details.
This will be Bagel Pub’s eighth location, joining a spot in Sunset Park, two in Park Slope and spots in Crown Heights, the West Village, Chelsea and the Garment District.
Bagel Pub serves a variety of hand-rolled and kettle-boiled bagels, ranging from whole wheat to pumpernickel. It also offers fresh lox specialties, breakfast items, sandwiches, baked goods and salads. The beverage menu offers fresh squeezed juices.
The brand first opened its doors in 2012, led by a husband-and-wife ownership team. The spot is expected to continue to expand in Manhattan, with more locations on the way, Kotsis said.
As of now, an opening timeline for the spot remains unclear.
