Chef Daniel Boulud is growing his culinary empire in the Big Apple.
Brasserie Boulud, with its tagline “rooted in tradition and shaped by New York City,” will debut at 1900 Broadway.
While details remain limited, the restaurant will deliver a classic brasserie experience, distinct from a bistro or cafe, with a “wide and timeless” culinary tradition.
“Growing up in Lyon, I always made a point to dine in the best brasseries—whether in Paris, at home, or while traveling across France. In France, it’s “le grand restaurant” of everyday life—lively, generous, open from morning to late, with seasonal classics, great seafood, and dishes that reflect both regional tradition and the spirit of grande cuisine,” Boulud shared in an Instagram post.
The menu will feature favorites from Bar Boulud and Boulud Sud alongside new signature dishes designed to give the restaurant its own identity.
An official opening date has not yet been announced, however, the website reads “Coming Soon!” Visit the Brasserie Boulud website and follow along on Instagram for the latest updates.
