Carnegie Diner & Café has plans for a new location in Tribeca. It will open at 200 Chambers in summer 2026, according to Tribeca Citizen.

The location will share an 8,400-square-foot space with sister concept Delos Greek Restaurant, which is making its debut in Midtown within the coming weeks.

Both concepts come from Carnegie Hospitality, owned by Stathis Antonakopoulos.

Carnegie Diner & Café has spots throughout the city, including a Times Square location, one near Central Park, a Greeley Square Park location and a spot in the Diamond District. It also has locations in Secaucus, New Jersey, and Vienna, Virginia.

The brand offers classic American diner fare, including breakfast items such as pancakes and avocado toast, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, steak and seafood. The beverage program includes cocktails, wine, beer and unlimited mimosas for brunch.
