Las Vegas-based Carver Road Hospitality is bringing its concept Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar to Pier 17 in the Seaport, according to an Instagram announcement. The location is expected to open in fall 2026.

The forthcoming restaurant will serve as Flanker’s flagship East Coast location, joining existing locations in Las Vegas, Glendale and Salt Lake City.

Flanker will occupy the ground floor of the two-level space, which will house two Carver Road Hospitality concepts. The ground-floor space will offer elevated dining with a focus on cocktails, sports and state-of-the-art audiovisual experiences. There will also be a private dining area dedicated to events.

“There is nowhere like New York, a city that truly sets the standard for food and entertainment and has always been part of our long-term vision,” Sean Christie, founder and CEO of Carver Road Hospitality, said in a statement. “Flanker is not just a sports bar; it’s a fully immersive dining, cocktail and entertainment experience that connects people through food, energy and design. The Seaport is the perfect social setting to bring that vision to life in one of the city’s most exciting destinations.”

The menu at Flanker features items like steak, burgers and seafood, alongside signature cocktails and beer.

Michael Rea, chief business officer at Carver Road Hospitality, confirmed the forthcoming location with What Now New York, sharing that they are targeting a September opening next year.
