A new restaurant concept appears to be heading to 1 Delancey Street, paperwork filed with the community boards indicates.

The restaurant was filed under Casa Thirteen LLC, though the name for the concept is listed as “TBD” on the filed application.

The restaurant will serve a full food menu and has plans to go in at the ground floor and cellar of the building at 1 Delancey Street. There also appears to be plans for a sidewalk cafe to go with the concept.

Dexter Mabutas is listed as the principal for the concept. As of now, no further details regarding menu, design or timeline have been revealed.

What Now New York has reached out to Mabutas for more information about the restaurant but has yet to receive further details. Stay tuned for updates.
