A new yet-to-be-named restaurant concept is planning to take over the ground floor and cellar at 136 Second Ave. in the East Village.

The paperwork was filed under Freedom For Ukraine LLC. Based on the information provided, it appears that the spot plans to offer a full-service menu as well as live music and patron dancing. Paperwork also appears to indicate that it will have outdoor space and seating.

What Now New York reached out to owner Greg Lebedowicz for more information on the restaurant concept and opening. At this time, Lebedowicz declined to provide further information on plans for the space.

The building at 136 Second Avenue also houses Saint Restaurant Bar and Speakeasy.
