The Hell’s Kitchen debutant is making its comeback at 754 Ninth Avenue. Monkey Thief Pan-Asian cocktail bar will feature 17 tables with 83 seats once it opens. It is returning with its original menu that includes oysters, beef koi, shroom salad, and more.
