It’s time to get those feet moving, New York! A brand new Latin restaurant and nightclub is currently planning on moving into a new space at the prestigious Cachet Hotel in Midtown.
Founded by New York nightlife entrepreneur Felix Cabrera, La Casa Del Mofongo is an incredibly popular Dominican restaurant and nightclub, known for serving up authentic food from the Dominican Republic and hosting some of the most exciting parties found in New York. Established in 2005, the restaurant is considered by many to have the best Mofongo in the city. Mofongo, for the uninitiated reader, is a delicious Caribbean dish made with mashed plantains, spices, and meat, balled up into a tight sphere and served with spicy and savory broth.
Already boasting five locations across New York and New Jersey, the latest Casa Del Mofongo will be opening up at 510 West 42nd Street, moving into the prestigious Cachet Boutique hotel. The “deco-inspired urban oasis” boasts 105 luxurious rooms as well as multiple gardens and event spaces. Conveniently located blocks away from Times Square and Hudson Yards, the Cachet Hotel brings together the best of Manhattan together in one central place.
Now, hotel guests and tourists alike will be able to enjoy authentic Dominican food and dancing from one of New York’s premiere nightlife entrepreneurs. Offering a whopping 6,000 square feet of space, the new restaurant will have an abundance of room to plan a plethora of exciting new events.
