Legendary Serafina Restaurant To Debut New To-Go Concept

Serafina is one of the most popular restaurants in New York. Dedicated to providing guests with the highest quality food by sourcing ingredients from around the world, Serafina’s passion for quality and authenticity has transformed the humble New York Italian restaurant into a titan of the industry, now boasting over 30 locations worldwide.

Now, Serafina is planning to debut a a convenient new restaurant concept for busy locals called Serafina To Go. Moving into a vacant space at 30 Broad Street, Serafina will feature high-end Italian food catering to patrons on the go. Featuring a quick-serve menu consisting of panini, pastas, salads, and single-serve wine and canned beer, Serafina will be open daily from 11AM – 10PM on weekdays and from 11AM-11PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Founded by restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato, the two friends decided to start a restaurant together after a near-death experience at sea left them dreaming about the perfect pizza and pasta. Opening up the original Serafina Fabulous Pizza on 79th street, Vittorio and Fabio quickly took New York by storm and transformed Serafina into a household name.

While the new Serafina will cater to patrons on the go, there will also be space dedicated for dine in service, featuring enough room to seat 30 guests inside. Moving into a former suit shop that previously occupied the space, Serafina To Go will feature 2,138 square feet of space with both a service counter and dedicated bar area.
