PMac’s Hospitality has filed liquor license paperwork with the community board for the All Stars Sports Bar & Grill location at 327 West 57th Street on the Upper West Side. The concept’s name is still listed as “TBD” on the paperwork.
PMac’s Hospitality operates a variety of food and beverage concepts in New York, including Dutch Freds, The Dickens, Bartley Dunne’s, Sir Henry’s, Miss Nellie’s and The Three Monkeys. Michael and Patrick McNamee, originally from Dublin, are behind the hospitality group. They are inspired by their roots in Irish hospitality and by their experience in the hospitality business around the world, according to the PMac’s website.
This new concept has plans for 22 tables that will seat 148 and two bars that will seat 18. Exterior work will include new signage and paint for the new concept. The proposed hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with hours extended to 4 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The proposed menu features American fare, including nachos, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, flatbreads and burgers, along with entrees such as pork tenderloin, fish and chips and shepherd’s pie.
All Stars Sports Bar & Grill is currently operating at the address. At this time, an opening timeline for the new concept is unclear.
