Rosa Morocho Perez has filed paperwork for a Mexican restaurant under Bartolo Bars LLC. As of now, the restaurant name remains unknown.

The restaurant is slated to go in at 714 11th Avenue between West 50th Street and West 51st Street in Hell’s Kitchen. Perez confirmed the restaurant in a phone interview with What Now New York, stating that they are eyeing a January opening.

The spot will have 10 tables that in total will seat 36, and there will be one stand-up bar with 14 seats, according to the paperwork. Perez said that customers can expect classic Mexican offerings on the menu, including enchiladas, burritos, fajitas, steak, salmon, shrimp and tacos. The beverage program will consist of items like beer, margaritas, mojitos and mezcal.

Paperwork also indicates plans for live mariachi DJ-ing once a week. Hours are expected to be 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
