Cleo to Open in New York’s West Village This Week

A new neighborhood rotisserie restaurant, Cleo, is coming soon to the West Village. It is opening on April 17, 2026, at 621 Hudson Street. Halley Chambers and Kip Gleize of Three Top Hospitality, the team behind Margot and Montague Diner, are behind the concept.

Cleo is the latest project from Three Top Hospitality, which is known for creating neighborhood-focused restaurants. The kitchen is led by Chef Juliana Latif, who blends approachable flavors with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.

Menu and Drink Highlights

The menu at Cleo focuses on marinated 24-hour rotisserie chicken. It is served with three sauces– zhug, labneh ranch, and spicy red sauce. The menu also includes starters like cornbread with harissa honey butter, fresh salads, chicken liver mousse, and more.

Cleo also serves other mains, such as branzino and seasonal risotto. Sides range from fries and potato salad to vegetable dishes like charred green beans. Desserts include soft serve, a warm skillet cookie, and other simple sweets.

The beverage menu features a mix of classic and modern cocktails. This includes a White Negroni, Naked and Famous, and Brandy Alexander. The wine list is small, affordable, and easy to pair with the food.

Inside the Soon-to-Open Restaurant

The space inside Cleo is designed for both quick dinners and relaxed meals by Social Works and Decade. The restaurant offers 34 seats in a landmark building with a modern, warm design. The interiors combine terrazzo floors, wood, steel, and glass.

It features cozy seating areas and stylish lighting, creating an intimate atmosphere. The restaurant will soon add outdoor seating and a takeout window. These will further activate the prominent West Village corner while respecting its historic character. The restaurant will serve daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Cleo will add a fresh yet familiar dining option to the West Village with its classic rotisserie flavors. Its approachable menu and thoughtful design are set to make it a go-to spot for both casual dinners and relaxed evenings in the area.
