A new all-day café is brewing in the East Village.

The café, currently operating under the name “Aya Sisters,” will open at 219 1st Ave., between 1st Ave. and E. 13th St, according to business filings.

While details remain limited, the new spot plans to serve pastries, desserts and sandwiches, along with coffee and wine, with happy hour offerings later in the day.

The café will join other all-day neighborhood spots, including Café Maud, MUD, Little Ruby’s and Café Standard.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. Once open, the café will operate daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, with food service ending at 11 p.m.
