Spring Bar is heading to 116 Madison Street, according to liquor license paperwork recently filed with CB3. What Now New York connected briefly with owner Derek Zheng, who confirmed the location.

116 Madison Street was previously home to brewery That Witch Ales You.

Spring Bar plans to offer both beverages and a limited food menu, including items like fried taro cake, curry over rice, and salads, the proposed menu provided with the documents indicates.

The space is expected to have 10 tables that will seat 26 customers and one stand-up bar that will seat 14, according to the paperwork.

The proposed hours of operation are 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. daily, with an extension to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

As of now, an opening timeline remains unclear. Zheng did not provide further details prior to the time of publication.
