New bar concept Nobody’s Perfect is heading to 500 West 43rd Street, paperwork recently filed with the community boards indicates. The proposed location was formerly used for Walter’s Cottage.

The ownership team is made up of Joe Gillespie, Barry Spellman and Darragh Rock, who have decades of combined experience in the food and beverage space.

Paperwork indicates that the establishment will include a first floor and mezzanine space, as well as a basement for storage. The first floor and mezzanine will have 11 tables and seat 34. There will also be a stand-up bar with 12 seats.

Limited outdoor seating is also planned, with four outdoor tables that will seat eight.

The proposed menu includes small bites like mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and wings, as well as soups and salads.

The paperwork indicates that hours are planned for 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. Minimal renovations are planned, including changing signage.

At this time, it is unclear what the opening timeline is for the location.
