New Italian restaurant I Cavallini is on its way to Williamsburg at 284 Grand Street. It plans to open in May, according to reporting by Eater NY.

The team behind the Four Horsemen wine bar in Brooklyn will be bringing the new concept to life. The team includes Four Horsemen managing director Amanda McMillian, executive chef Nick Curtola, and partners James Murphy, Christina Topsoe, Randy Moon and Stacy Fisher.

The Four Horsemen is known for its New American small plates menu and its wide array of natural wine offerings.

As of now, details remain scarce regarding the menu and design for the new restaurant. What Now New York reached out to the Four Horsemen team for more details but has not received further information at this time.
