Skinny Louie, the NYCWFF Burger Bash winner, expanded its New York footprint with the opening of its second location at 11 Carmine Street in the West Village on Friday, March 6.

The Miami-born smashburger concept earned top honors at NYCWFF’s Burger Bash following an earlier win at SOBEWFF – marking back-to-back festival victories that quickly positioned the brand as one of the country’s most decorated emerging burger concepts.

After debuting in NoMad in April 2025, the brand saw rapid traction. The West Village opening signals the next phase of growth, with four additional New York locations slated for 2026.

Known for its tightly focused menu of crispy-edged 100% Angus Beef smashburgers, house-made sauces, and streamlined execution, Skinny Louie is scaling intentionally while maintaining operational discipline and brand identity. The West Village opening marks the 10th storefront nationwide.
