Cheers, fellow New York oenophiles! An exciting new wine bar from the team behind Soho’s St Tropez is opening up next year at 225 West 12th Street.
Mino Brasserie is the latest new concept to emerge from Yohann Pecheux and his team from St Tropez. Teaming up with partners Fabien Pichard, and Ulrick Lerissel, the group will be taking their fine dining experience to open an entirely new wine bar concept.
The St Tropez philosophy is simple – “Enjoy life and treat others as you would want to be treated”. Located in the heart of the West Village and Soho, St Tropez offers a taste of the French Riviera’s vibrant lifestyle in one of New York’s most charming neighborhoods. Featuring exquisite cuisine from French tradition, the menu is crafted with local produce sourced by Executive Chef Gerald Barthelemy.
Highlighting the Provencal culture of southern France, St Tropez is particularly dedicated to its wine offerings. Sourcing an exclusive collection of wines from across the diverse regions of France, Yohann Pecheux is careful to select only the best wines that he can fine.
Now, Yohann and his team will be bringing their expertise to a brand new concept – Mino Brasserie. Replacing The Village Den, the popular fast-casual restaurant from TV chef Antoni Porowski, Mino Brasserie will be opening up in a vibrant neighborhood between 7th Avenue and Greenwich Avenue. Expected to offer a comparable selection of wine to St Tropez, Mino Brasserie will feature 2,500 square feet of space between the ground floor and the outdoor patio. So prepare to enjoy your wine outside in the classic French tradition, and keep an eye out for Mino Brasserie next year.
