The team behind brasserie’s Madame Mikette’s and Draught 55 are looking to open a new concept.

The team is seeking the space at 505-507 W 23rd St. in Chelsea just off the High Line. The team debuted their first concept, Draught 55, a “hip spot” with elevated bar food and rotating domestic and international craft beers, in Midtown in 2012. Almost a decade later, the team debuted their second concept, Madame Mikette’s, an “upscale stylish American brasserie” that harkens back to the vintage glamour of the 1920s, making an homage to when fortune telling rooms were all the rage among working class women in the late 1800s. It opened in Midtown East in 2021.

While a name has not been revealed for the new concept, proposed menu items include sharables for $13-$25, entrees for $15-$22, sides for $8-$12 and desserts for $10.

Sharables include but are not limited to housemade chips and guac, BBQ chicken spring rolls with a housemade dipping sauce, their speciality beef sliders from Madam Mikette’s, housemade fried mozzarella balls, shrimp cocktail, housemade hummus, burrata, charcuterie boards, fish tacos and vegan meatballs, as well as entrees like a smash burger, grilled mahi mahi and bucatini alla norma, sides like hand cut fries and roasted brussel sprouts and desserts like raspberry cheesecake.
