Ten Five Hospitality Inks Lease For New Concept

Ten Five Hospitality is behind popular concepts like Mother Wolf.

Ten Five Hospitality, helmed by managing partner Dan Daley, is joining the 30-story new development at 125 West 57th Street, snagging a 7,045-square-foot, ground-floor space for a brand new concept, according to reporting by the New York Post.

The team is behind restaurants like Italian concept Mother Wolf, spearheaded by chef Evan Funke. Mother Wolf has locations in Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Other spots in Ten Five’s portfolio include Hollywood’s Ka’teen, Mes Amis in Los Angeles, Bar Lis in Los Angeles and Desert 5 Spot in New York and Los Angeles.

The hospitality group is also behind hotel concepts like Thompson Hollywood, Hollywood VOLUME, Mondrian South Beach and Dream Hollywood.

As of now, the hospitality group has not released additional details on the forthcoming concept. An opening timeline remains unknown.

In addition to Ten Five’s new concept, the building at 125 West 57th also secured its first office lease, medical equipment company AdaptHealth.
