Popular local brunch chain Rose Bakery Cafe is set to open a third location, according to the OC Register. Soon, Orange will call the brand home once it officially welcomes patrons at 763 S Main St.

Founded 27 years ago in Corona del Mar, the business recently expanded to an Irvine location. That location is a dual-concept with Laventina’s Big Cheese Pizza, and a recent Instagram post teased that this new one will have the same setup.

The space it’s moving into is over 3,000 square feet, and will have indoor and outdoor dining areas. There is no opening date set yet, the brand wrote, but updates will be posted on its social media pages.

This expansion is spearheaded by DB7 Ventures, a private investment firm under the leadership of John DeCarrier. John is a seasoned business operator with more than four decades of experience in franchising and real estate. Other DB7 Ventures brands include Crawford’s Social, Johnny D’s Car Wash, DeCarrier Design Group, and Montesantos Builders.
