Boban has announced the forthcoming launch of its latest franchise unit: Boban Chino Hills. Located at the new Payne Ranch Center at 3233 Grand Avenue, Unit L, it’s set to open this December, according to the company’s website.

The Chino Hills location will be overseen by Juliwati J, Managing Partner and veteran of the food and beverage sector. Juliwati has extensive experience with the brand already, as the operator of Nobibi locations in Indonesia and Boban stores in Indonesia. She will also be opening up a Boban in Rowland Hills soon, which What Now LA covered.

“Opening Boban Chino Hills at Payne Ranch Center marks an exciting milestone for our brand. This location puts us at the heart of one of Southern California’s most vibrant communities and will help make the Boban name well known throughout the Inland Empire,” Elaine Nguyen, CEO, told What Now OC. “Our growth is driven by a proven system, a passionate team, and a clear vision — to make Boban a household name both in the U.S. and internationally. By the end of 2025, we will have 10 locations open or in development across California and abroad, demonstrating the strength and scalability of the Boban model.

In addition to these locations from Juliwati, Boban is in the midst of rapid expansion all over SoCal, with 10 locations expected to be operating or under development by 2025’s close.  With its innovative menu, authentic Vietnamese flavors, and scalable franchise program, the brand has quickly become one of the fastest-growing Vietnamese food and beverage concepts in both the U.S. and Asia.
