Bushfire Kitchen, a family-owned fast-casual restaurant group known for its modern American cuisine, is set to open its tenth location in Brea this fall. According to a press release, the new establishment will be situated at 765 E Birch Street, Suite 101 within the Brea Marketplace.
This expansion follows the brand’s debuts in Long Beach, Mission Viejo and Riverside in recent years, which What Now OC covered. This will mark its second location in Orange County. The brand was founded in 2012 by two cousins, one a chef and the other an entrepreneur.
The Brea restaurant will occupy over 2,000 square feet, accommodating more than 40 guests indoors and an additional 30 on a shaded, heated patio, QSR Magazine states. It is in a shopping center anchored by Target and Sprouts, located across from Brea City Hall.
Bushfire Kitchen’s menu features scratch-made dishes prepared with locally sourced produce and premium-grade, humanely-raised proteins. Popular menu items include the Chimichurri Grass-Fed Tri-Tip, Thai Chicken Curry, Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, and housemade empanadas, complemented by a selection of local craft beer, wine, and sangria.
