Casa Val Mesa by Our Nest is preparing to open in Fullerton at 100 W. Valencia Mesa Dr., Fullerton. The project is identified in an Orange County plan review record, while the company’s website lists Café Val Mesa as “coming soon” to Fullerton.

The cafe is part of Our Nest Restaurants. According to the company’s website, Jon Paul and Sam Ugay are the husband-and-wife team responsible for the project, which will operate under the Café Val Mesa name.

According to the restaurant, Our Nest originated in Fullerton and has expanded to a new location in Brea. The restaurant focuses on breakfast and brunch, offering homemade dishes made with fresh ingredients and serving coffee, breakfast favorites, and other meals. The company describes its concept as centered on casual dining, hospitality, and bringing people together over meals.

According to the website, Café Val Mesa will serve coffee, baked goods, freshly made sandwiches, and salads. The company also lists catering services and baked goods among the services associated with the concept.

The website does not provide a specific opening date. It states that the Fullerton location is still preparing for its opening and asks customers to stay tuned for an announcement regarding the first day of service.
