Professional bowler Missy Parkin and her husband are planning to bring a state-of-the-art family entertainment center to South Orange County. Called The Bowl, their proposed concept will be located at 641 Camino De Los Mares #B, and is currently under review by the City of San Clemente, according to Aliso Viejo Living.

It will feature 18 luxury bowling lanes split between two floors, a restaurant and bar serving gastropub-style cuisine, private party rooms, social gaming areas, and a speakeasy tucked away inside the venue. The second floor will include over 70 arcade games, interactive projection darts, and sports simulators for baseball, golf, football, and soccer, a development map shows.

Parkin, listed as the applicant for the project, told What Now OC that the project is in its infancy and that more information will become available later this month. She anticipates opening the doors to patrons and players in early 2026.

A major figure in the bowling world, Parkin’s passion for the sport started when she was a toddler, following in the footsteps of her dad, pro bowler Frank Bellinder. She has been ranked #1 in the World Bowling Tour and was the first woman to join the Professional Bowlers Association, her website states. Currently, she also owns a chain of shops called Parkin’s Bowling Supply and a bowling alley in San Diego.
