Beloved drive-thru coffee chain Dutch Bros is set to open a new 950-square-foot location at Palmdale Road and Cantina Street in Victorville. According to construction documents, the bidding process to secure a contractor for the project is currently ongoing.
Dutch Bros will be bringing its signature beverages and vibrant culture to a new part of town. There are already two existing locations in the city, at 15211 Hook Boulevard and 14788 Bear Valley Road. It will sit in a retail hub anchored by Walmart, with neighboring businesses such as Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and a Les Schwab Tire Center.
The site, located on a 0.57-acre parcel, will include new drive-thru lanes, a trash enclosure, and a small parking area. This project is valued at approximately $1 million and design and development efforts are led by Fusion Sign & Design and Armet Davis Newlove Architects, records show.
Once it opens, it will join the over 700 other Dutch Bros locations nationwide. The company has been in business since 1992, where it started as a single espresso cart in Oregon. Its menu includes coffee classics, energy-infused Rebel drinks, teas, and its famous Frost blended beverages.
