Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse has been a long-awaited concept that’s created a buzz in the desert for some time regarding its arrival at 450 S Palm Canyon Dr. The Palm Springs debut of the restaurant is coming soon, its website states.
Owner Diego Zaroski tells What Now OC the establishment will fill a hole in the dining scene in the Coachella Valley once it opens. He said construction is finished at the property and the business is working with the city on inspections.
“There are several Mexican restaurants, Italian restaurants, French cuisine, American steakhouses, sushi restaurants… We’re proud to be the first Brazilian Steakhouse,” Zaroski said.
“Brazilian culture is a melting pot. The concept experiments with mixing new flavors and ingredients, something that is exciting for everyone’s palette,” he continued.
Committed to delivering an authentic experience of Rodizio dining, Churrasco delights patrons with table-side service for more than a dozen meat options, all grilled over open-flamed charcoal pits. The original Churrasco Brazilian Steakhouse, in Reno, is a well-awarded establishment.
