Dutch Bros Coffee is set to open a new drive-through location at 1819 N Tustin Ave. in Santa Ana, according to the city’s website. The java brand is seeking approval for a new drive-thru store, spreading its footprint after entering OC recently.

Records show the new single-story commercial building will include a drive-through service, a new parking lot, landscape upgrades, an outdoor dining area, and ADA improvements. The project requires the approval of a Conditional Use Permit and is currently under review by the city.

The City of Santa Ana has been actively collaborating with Dutch Bros Coffee as part of its business attraction efforts. “The city’s Planning and Economic Development staff are eager to bring Dutch Bros’ popular coffee service to Ward 3,” the website stated.

Founded in 1992 in Grants Pass, Oregon, Dutch Bros Coffee has grown from a single pushcart to a national coffee chain. With a menu that features a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, cold brews, and blended drinks, Dutch Bros caters to a wide range of tastes.
