Tacos Los Cholos is set to open a new location in Eastvale, one of two new developments the chain is working on. While there has not been an official address announced, the city confirmed on its social media pages that it will be located within The Station retail complex.

This expansion continues the brand’s rapid growth across SoCal, following successful locations in Anaheim, Fullerton, Huntington Park, and Huntington Beach. A Santa Ana location is also in the works, which we covered last week.

Founded in Anaheim in 2019 by Josue Maldonado and Michael Alvarado, Tacos Los Cholos began as a small home operation and has become a regional favorite with widespread acclaim. Its menu offers regular, premium, and prime meats, including asada, chorizo, cecina, arrachera, ribeye, filet mignon, pollo, costilla panela, and pork belly.

The Station is a 650,000-square-foot shopping center within the larger Goodman Commerce Center, leasing documents state. It’s anchored by a Costco, 99 Ranch Market, and an Amazon warehouse and features a number of other F&B businesses, like Cafe Rio, Starbucks, Which Wich, Crumbl Cookies, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, and Olive Garden.
