A new coffee hotspot is set to open its doors in Palm Desert, according to The Desert Sun. El Paseo Coffee will debut at 73280 El Paseo Drive, Suite 1, sharing a space with its new sister concept, The Wine & Cheese Shop on El Paseo.

Both businesses are owned by Jen Iglehart, and together, they will create a multifaceted space. The businesses will open in two phases, starting with The Wine & Cheese Shop and followed by the coffeehouse.

Reports state the coffee will be made with beans roasted by Stereoscope Coffee, a well-regarded Los Angeles-based roaster. The menu will also feature matcha drinks and specialty beverages crafted with house-made syrups.

The company has been posting on its Facebook page about hiring opportunities. Job listings posted in September emphasized the desire for passionate individuals with experience in food service.
