Goop Kitchen is preparing to open a new location at 3333 Bristol St, in Costa Mesa, according to a post shared by South OC Insider on Instagram. The announcement indicates the concept will join the shopping center’s dining lineup, though an opening date has not been announced.
Founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, Goop Kitchen operates as a chef-driven prepared meal concept focused on delivery, pickup, and takeout. Recently, the brand announced a sit-down concept at 405 Howard St. in San Francisco’s Financial District.
Goop Kitchen develops its menu around whole ingredients and seasonal produce while offering meals designed for everyday dining rather than traditional restaurant service. Customers can order individual meals, family-style options, snacks, and desserts through the company’s digital ordering platform, with menus varying by location.
According to the company’s website, the brand offers breakfasts, salads, bowls, sandwiches, entrées, soups, sides, desserts, and beverages made with ingredients selected to accommodate a variety of dietary preferences, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based options.
The brand also prides itself on sourcing organic free-range chicken and salmon from Norway that are certified by organizations including Best Aquaculture Practices, Global G.A.P., and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council.
