Graciously Thai, a family-owned late-night Thai kitchen based in Temecula, is expanding to the OC. It has been announced by Picket Fence Media that the company will be one of the first tenants to debut at Miramar Food Hall, 1720 N El Camino Real, Kiosk #7.

“At Graciously Thai, every dish comes from our family’s kitchen and our hearts. We cook the same way we do at home — with fresh ingredients, no shortcuts, and the warmth of Thai hospitality. Our dream is to share the bold, comforting flavors of Thailand with the community, and we are truly excited to welcome everyone to our new home at Miramar Food Hall this fall,” co-owner Tanya Lapthitsate told What Now OC.

Lapthitsate, who was born and raised in Thailand, runs the business along with her husband, Chef Goeng. They are currently working through the permitting process, with construction expected to begin shortly, and are aiming for a late fall opening — tentatively in November, but everything is dependent on progress. Hiring efforts will commence closer to the opening date.

It will serve authentic dishes made with no MSG and fresh, handmade sauces. The menu emphasizes traditional Thai comfort foods alongside lighter, refreshing options: curries, stir-fries, noodles, egg rolls, salads, mango sticky rice, and more. Beverage choices include boba, Thai iced tea, and Thai iced coffee, its website shows.
