Iconic burger chain In-N-Out will be one of many brands that are part of the expansive Shops at Jurupa Valley development. The 32-acre hub will be located at Mission Blvd. and Pyrite St., reports state.

Nestled amidst a lineup of esteemed retailers including Target, Aldi, and Burlington, In-N-Out will be a welcome addition for shoppers at the plaza, as well as local residents. It will feature 17 buildings and have 320,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.

The eatery will be a 3,800-square-foot building with a 750-square-foot outdoor dining area and a drive-thru that can fit 30 cars. The chain is known to be busy and each store sells around 2,000 burgers per day.

Progress on The Shops at Jurupa Valley is listed as “under construction” on the city’s website. It is right off the 60 freeway with high visibility.
