Lily’s, a new restaurant concept, is getting ready to open in Idyllwild-Pine Cove at 54905 N Circle Dr.
The company, owned and operated by Dave and Jennifer Bradish, the latter also serving as the project’s general contractor. The duo recently submitted a liquor license application to open in the former home of The Creek House and, more recently, Idyology. While an exact opening date has not been confirmed, Dave tells What Now Orange County that they are only doing cosmetic work on the space.
David Bradish is also the owner of Wild Imaginations General Contracting, a longtime Idyllwild-based construction company with experience designing and building both residential and commercial projects locally and across California, Nevada, and Arizona. The company specializes in creative and custom structures, ranging from treehouses and outdoor enhancements to large-scale remodels and new builds.
The Bradish family has a history of developing distinctive local projects, including “The Hut,” “Infinity House,” “Sun and Moon,” and “Raven’s Nest,” where they had full creative control over design and construction. Wild Imaginations has also been involved in high-profile work outside the area, including Disneyland, Caltech, and Beverly Hills residences.
This will be an excellent landing space for Lily’s, given its location in a central Idyllwild-Pine Cove area with a history of restaurant and hospitality use. The Bradish family’s experience in construction and design may influence the restaurant’s layout and overall aesthetic.
Further details about Lily’s menu, opening timeline, and concept are expected to be released as the project progresses.
