Dragas Group, the franchisee behind Buffalo Wild Wings in Southern California, is making some changes to one of its South County restaurants. Its Mission Viejo eatery will relocate from its current spot at Kaleidoscope to The Shops at Mission Viejo across the street, posts online show.
Aliso Viejo Living announced a couple of new dining tenants are expected at the shopping center, including Buffalo Wild Wings, which will take over for Ruby’s Diner. The mall will also welcome Sbarro, Jamba Juice, Chagee, and Iron King Mongolian Kitchen.
Virginia-based Dragas Group owns a handful of Buffalo Wild Wings locations around SoCal. What Now OC covered its renovation plans for its Aliso Viejo and Buena Park stores a few months back. And COO Matthew Dragas told the publication there are more in the pipeline.
The Dragas family’s history in the restaurant business spans decades, with Matthew’s father entering the Taco Bell franchise in 1984. Today, the group operates over 175 restaurants across Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and California, including Taco Bells, KFCs, Pizza Huts, and Buffalo Wild Wings, its website shows.
