Another Orange County EggBred location is in the works, this time in Huntington Beach.

What Now Orange County has made contact with franchisee Peter Song, who says he’s in talks to secure a lease in Huntington Beach, although he did not disclose the exact location.

Readers might recall that this move is just a part of the burgeoning growth of CEO Albert Shin’s EggBred concept. What Now Orange County recently reported about plans for a new locations under franchisee Mike Yi, as well as the potential for further expansion in the region.

EggBred, which began in La Hambra in 2020, has quickly developed a reputation, receiving coverage from the Food Network, Thrillist, and the OC Register, among others. The concept specializes in elevated breakfast and lunch sandwiches served on plush Japanese milk buns.

What Now Orange County will report when there’s more news to come about where O.C. diners can get their EggBred fix.
