A new development in Apple Valley will include a Raising Cane’s, according to VVNG. The company will construct a new store with a drive-thru on the site, which is located at Roy Rogers Dr. & Desert Sun Plaza.

Raising Cane’s will build a 3,546-square-foot restaurant in the center, which will be anchored by a 23,256-square-foot Sprouts grocery store. There will also be a Mister Carwash, but other tenants have not yet been announced. Plans were approved by the city recently.

The plaza will be on the south side of Bear Valley Road and Apple Valley Road. It is a development spearheaded by Newport Beach-based Wood Investment Companies Inc.

Raising Cane’s entered the High Desert Market a few years ago; it opened Barstow and Hesperia stores in 2021. The brand, which specializes in chicken fingers and sandwiches, has grown to over 600 locations total.
