Raising Cane’s is opening its second Riverside location at 4100 Central Ave. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, serving up its Box Combos at the corner of Central and Magnolia Avenue, bringing its Chicken Finger meals even closer to downtown.

“This new Restaurant will be proudly led by Riverside native Jessica Villela, an alumna of La Sierra High School,” said Area Leader of Restaurants Homar Ibarra in a statement. “The Riverside Community has embraced our ONE LOVE — craveable Chicken Finger meals — which bring joy to our Customers and allow us to support the people and causes that matter here.”

The doors to the 99th Raising Cane’s in California officially open at 9 a.m. on grand opening day with can’t-miss giveaways and celebrations for the Community including:

  • A “Lucky 20” drawing to award 20 Customers (age 13 and older) Free Cane’s for a Year! Entries are accepted from 7 to 8 a.m., with the drawing held shortly after. Customers must be present to win.
  • A commemorative beanie and free Box Combo card for the first 100 Customers who purchase a Combo. Free Box Combo card valid on return visit.
  • Picture opportunity with Santa Claus from 2 to 6 p.m.
  • A DJ spinning tunes to entertain Customers throughout the day.
  • Performances by local schools and organizations, including the Riverside Poly High School Pep Squad.

Honoring Riverside’s history as the birthplace of the citrus industry, the Restaurant’s dining room features a citrus fruit mural, the iconic Riverside bell and images of the brand’s fluffy namesake, Cane.

The new Restaurant is open Sunday through Wednesday from 9 to 3 a.m., with extended hours Thursday through Saturday from 9 to 3:30 a.m. for Customers to satisfy their Chicken Finger fix day or night.
