Family-run specialty roaster Klatch Coffee is deepening its collaboration with Sprouts Farmers Market, possibly adding another café location at its Rancho Cucamonga store. According to permitting records, the brand is looking to put a Klatch Cafe inside the grocer, located at 6753 Carnelian St.
A tenant improvement permit was applied for in late July and is currently out for review corrections. The project will entail: millwork, kitchen equipment, lighting, finishes, and branded signage, and is expected to cost between $200,000 and $400,000.
Klatch Coffee’s Marketing Manager Justin Christopher told What Now OC that more details will be available in the coming weeks, adding, “We look forward to deepening our already successful relationship with the Sprouts Farmers Market team, with whom we share a close alignment of values.”
This expansion continues a partnership that began last year, when the two companies first announced plans for Klatch Cafes, Roast Magazine writes. Five have been successfully launched across SoCal Sprouts, in Fontana, Redlands, Eastvale, Fullerton, and one in a different Rancho Cucamonga market (the 7355 Day Creek Boulevard store).
