ROL Hand Roll Bar is preparing to open its third iteration of the OC-based concept — this time in Irvine. The business has applied for a liquor license to operate in a retail plaza at 14370 Culver Dr #2G.

The hand roll concept, which has outposts in Huntington Beach and  Fountain Valley, redefines sushi, offering a modern twist on the Japanese dining experience. Each restaurant offers an intimate setting with a chef-to-table experience.

Led by visionary Chef Viet Nguyen and esteemed restaurant group Kei Concepts, ROL Hand Roll Bar is known for its chic elegance, attentive staff, and incredible food at modest prices.

This new location will be directly neighboring another Kei Concept venture: Sup Noodle Bar. After The Wheel Of Life, a vegetarian Thai cuisine place next door went out of business, it was the perfect opportunity for the hospitality group to expand.
