Snooze, An AM Eatery will be bringing their popular breakfasts to Huntington Beach in the new year.

According to a representative from the brand, CEO David Birzon hopes have doors open at 7511 Edinger Ave #101 sometime in the third or fourth quarter of the 2023 fiscal year.

A building permit for the location was recently filed with the city of Huntington Beach.

The concept, known for its innovative menu featuring creative twists on breakfast (it also boasts a full liquor and coffee bar), started in Denver in 2006 and has since expanded to dozens of locations in California and across the U.S., including a couple in the OC already.

Some hits on the menu include pineapple upside down pancakes, stuffed brioche French toast, and a bevy of Benedicts, with options ranging from pork belly to smashed avocado. Most menu items, pancakes included, are available gluten-free too.
