Starbucks is being considered as a potential tenant at a new commercial center in Jurupa Valley. The company is listed on the city’s website as a “potential restaurant” that will take one of two QSR pads at Sierra Ave. and Armstrong Rd.

The site spans 4.48 acres and will house an 18,800-square-foot Tractor Supply Center and two future drive-thru restaurants, which documents propose could be Starbucks and Carl’s Jr. The dining establishments being built are 3,080 and 2,130 square feet.

The project was approved in 2022 and is listed on the City of Jurupa Valley – Major Development Activity Map as “under construction.”  Whether or not Starbucks will move in is unclear, however.

A company representative for Starbucks told What Now OC, “At this time, we have no additional information to share about a potential location at Sierra Ave & Armstrong Rd in Jurupa Valley.”
