STK Steakhouse may be preparing to open a new restaurant at 260 S. Brea Boulevard in Brea, according to recently filed plan review documents with the Orange County Health Care Agency.

While project details remain limited, the filing indicates that the internationally recognized steakhouse brand plans to open a location at the address as construction plans move through the review process.

Operated by The ONE Group Hospitality, STK blends a modern steakhouse with an energetic lounge atmosphere. The concept is known for premium steaks, seafood, signature cocktails, live DJs, and a nightlife-inspired dining experience. In addition to classic cuts of beef, the menu features seafood towers, sushi, shareable appetizers, and a variety of contemporary American dishes.

The Brea restaurant would further expand STK’s Southern California presence, joining existing locations in markets including Los Angeles, San Diego, and Newport Beach.
