Tacos Los Cholos, the local al carbon concept with outposts in Anaheim, Fullerton, and Huntington Park, is eyeing the former home of Gallagher’s Pub at 300 CA-1 in Huntington Beach for its fourth location after a previous potential spot fell through according to co-owner Josue Maldonado Saldivar, who says they could open in December or January if all goes according to plan.

With numerous accolades to its name including Top 75 Restaurants and Top 50 Tacos from Orange County Register, as well as this year’s Taco Madness online taco tournament, Los Cholos Tacos is doubtlessly a fan favorite.

The brand is known for its lineup of regular, premium, and prime meats which include staples such as asada, chorizo, cecina, arrachera, and 1855 black Angus prime filet mignon and ribeye, as well as the signature keto-friendly cholo taco and papa loca.
