The operator of Miramar Food Hall in San Clemente will debut one of its proprietary brands at the property when it opens this fall. Lobster Lab, one of Tiger Hospitality Group’s own concepts, was confirmed by OC Register to be on the roster for the facility, located at 1720 N El Camino Real.
A seafood-focused restaurant known for its innovative lobster rolls, the eatery was voted #1 Lobster Roll in San Diego in 2024, according to Yelp. Its menu features a wide variety of seafood and specialty items, from classic rolls, caviar, and clam chowder to grilled cheeses and salads.
Its original location is at the Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad, also operated by Tiger Hospitality Group. The entity also owns La Vida and Burger Cosmos, which are also at Windmill and will both be at Miramar Food Hall as well.
As Miramar gets ready for its grand opening later this year, residents are excited to finally give the vendors a try. There will be 15 different food options, two bars, and panoramic ocean views, just blocks from the water. Construction is currently underway, according to updates on the food hall’s Instagram page.
