Tram Cream Coffee is brewing big plans in Orange County, with Irvine being eyed for a location, the company tells What Now OC exclusively. While an address has not been confirmed, the brand is targeting the major town as part of its expansion efforts.

The business is in the midst of rapid growth in SoCal, which the publication has been covering. It’s been announced that a Westminster store and a Fountain Valley location are coming, and more are in the pipeline. There are also plans to start franchising.

As the brand grows in size, it’s also growing its staff. LinkedIn posts show Tram Cream Coffee posted ads hiring for multiple positions, including a Social Media Community Coordinator, an Assistant Manager, and Baristas.

“We intend for all of the upcoming stores in 2025 to be corporate to demonstrate the success model before we engage any franchisees,” Ryan Hubris, Head of Development, told What Now OC.

The Vietnamese-inspired cafe chain is known for its egg coffee, cream-topped lattes, cold brew fruit teas, and a food menu that includes calamari, popcorn chicken, and filet mignon steak. Store offers a cozy setting with counter service and customer seating, and drive-thru layouts are planned for the future.
