Picanha Brazilian Steakhouse is bringing its signature Latin-inspired steak dishes to the Inland Empire, its first step in expanding outside of its Las Vegas home territory. The business will open at 3410 Ontario Ranch Rd., Suite 5 in Ontario, though when is unknown.

A City of Ontario economic development bulletin first announced the restaurant’s pending arrival. The eatery has been quietly in the works, with its social media pages giving glimpses of progress going on at the site. It shows there will be an outside patio for al fresco dining.

“So excited to start building our restaurant so that we can serve YOU! This amazing community,” the company posted.

At Picanha, patrons can enjoy a Surf & Turf platter, fried rice bowls, and the signature Whole Picanha dish served with a tableside sear. There will also be beer and wine available, as records show the brand applied for a liquor license.

Originally started as a high-end food truck in 2017, the business then grew to have a brick-and-mortar steakhouse near Enterprise. It has since expanded to a kiosk within Allegiant Stadium, and there are future plans for locations in Henderson and North West Las Vegas as well, its website states.
