Zov’s is planning to open another restaurant in Costa Mesa, adding to the Orange County restaurant group’s expansion. The company announced the upcoming location through social media, but has not yet disclosed an exact address or opening date.
The Costa Mesa project comes as Zov’s continues to expand its restaurant operations across Orange County. Founded by chef Zov Karamardian in 1987, the family-run company operates restaurants serving Mediterranean and contemporary California cuisine. The business currently lists locations in Tustin, Irvine, Newport Coast and San Clemente on its website.
Zov’s most recent opening was its San Clemente restaurant at 155 Avenida Del Mar, which opened in April 2026. The location serves the company’s Mediterranean-inspired menu alongside California-influenced dishes and operates for lunch, dinner and weekend breakfast.
The company’s existing menu includes dishes built around grilled meats, seafood, pastas, salads and Mediterranean-style mezze. Its locations also offer beverages and desserts, with individual menus varying by restaurant.
In Tustin, Zov’s longtime location is also expected to undergo changes as part of the planned redevelopment of the Enderle Center. The restaurant is expected to remain at the site and eventually reopen in an expanded and remodeled space as part of the Campo on 17th project.
For the upcoming Costa Mesa location, Zov’s has not disclosed where the restaurant will be located, what size or format it will take, or when it will open. The company’s announcement establishes the Costa Mesa expansion, while additional project details have yet to be released.
